Ik Saran Dhian is committed to supporting the community.
For some years now we have been in contact with Sister Lucy, and her NGO Maher in Pune/ India, founded to help women without resources.
Maher supports about 800 children, many women and a few men.
We have visited Maher on several occasions and are always inspired and impressed by the love, compassion and endurance we have witnessed.

Maher is a multi-faith organization that is not afraid to reach the most disadvantaged populations.
Street and slum children, prostitutes, homeless and mentally ill children, all find a roof over their heads, an education, a job and a place: to help and serve others.
