When you apply yourself to Sacred Numerology with the goal of finishing your old stories and patterns (karmas), when it guides you to replace them with habits more in tune with who you really are, then Sacred Numerology is called Karam Kriya.
Karam: to finish Karma, to learn the lesson and to receive the lesson as an opportunity to change one's horizon and to grow.
Kriya: the action that brings me to the ultimate goal, to realize who I am and to live it concretely.
All kinds of actions have consequences. Not acting also has consequences.
Karam Kriya is the art and science of choosing one's actions, habits and routines with the support of numbers and the immutable and absolute principles embodied in numbers.

I want to thank you for helping me discover very valuable tools; making connections between things I couldn't tell; helping me find a way to grow. I am very grateful. It enriches my life and my relationship with others.

During your Kundalini Yoga practice, you experience these principles, but normally you don't linger to analyze them:
This opening of the heart, how could it happen.
How this loosening, this subtle alignment could have happened.
How does it change my view of the world and reveal a new perception of myself.
In the Karam Kriya Training for Kundalini Yoga:
The Karam Kriya Training for Kundalini yogis / yoginis is open to all, Teachers or Yoga practitioners.
If you enjoy doing Kundalini Yoga, you will be able to experience it and teach at a different level.
If you are already a Teacher, the Training will connect you to the foundations of Level 1 and deepen your understanding of how all aspects of the Teachings have their origin and anchor in universal principles.
