You acknowledge that the School makes no warranty whatsoever regarding your health, safety and property while participating in the Activities.

Accordingly, you represent that your participation in the Activities is entirely voluntary and that the School will have no legal liability to you or any other person with respect to your participation in the Activities.

To the best of your knowledge, there are no physical or psychological medical reasons that prevent you from participating in this course and meeting its requirements.
