The Ashram La Source

Kirpal Singh and Ishwara Kaur, co-founders of Ik Saran Dhian - were resident on site at La Source.

However, in 2022, they found a new home for Ik Saran Dhian deep in the Lourdes valley in the Pyrenees. A major renovation is underway, and they plan to be able to offer events there from 2026.

Ishwara and Kirpal live happily in a camper van while preparing the new ashram in the Pyrenees.

It is possible to come and do seva to help with renovation, cooking, etc. Contact us for more information.

Kirpal and Ishwara are both long-time Kundalini Yoga practitioners and musicians.

Kirpal is also a long-time practitioner of Karam Kriya - Sacred Numerology.
Ishwara specializes in the Spiritual Teachings of women.

I love to come back to La Source regularly, to share moments with the sangat and to follow your magnificent Teachings. I am filled with gratitude. Thank you.

It is possible to come and do seva to help with renovation, cooking, etc. Contact us for more information.

All those who remain in the Ashram are invited to join the spiritual practice early in the morning.

There are opportunities for Seva during the summer months.

If you wish to apply to come and do seva, please fill in our contact form and give details of your experience.

When you enter this Ashram, leave your intellect behind, listen to your heart and realise the change that is happening deep within you. Dive into being and feeling. The atmosphere is 'different', the energy is bewildering but nurturing, in a way that our ordinary minds cannot easily understand.
